The overall design, process flow and layout of the intelligent production line are built with digital models and simulated, which can realize the digital management of the whole process of planning, production and operation.
Through intelligent equipment, our intelligent production line for LNG tank containers can achieve production standardization, improve labor productivity and product quality. Meanwhile, it also complete the process quality management, to achieve the forward and reverse traceability of product quality.
Our production line realizes the management functions of planning, scheduling, quality, equipment, production, energy efficiency and so on by establishing the workshop manufacturing execution system (MES). Through the establishment of the production process data collection and analysis system, the automatic uploading function of production site data such as production progress, on-site operation, quality inspection, equipment status and material transmission can be realized, and the visual management can be realized through the workshop electronic screen, mobile app and central control room.
