As an important enterprise in the domestic special equipment industry, we have fully utilized its advanced intelligent production equipment and strong technical reserves in recent years. Through technological innovation and strategic transformation, we have gradually broken the shackles of product singularity and expanded from LNG (liquefied natural gas) storage and transportation equipment to diversified directions such as hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment, marine fuel equipment, industrial gas storage and transportation equipment, and marine engineering equipment, demonstrating the benchmark path for traditional manufacturing enterprises to transform and upgrade to the green energy field.
Our business diversification is not achieved overnight, but through continuous technological "micro innovation" to achieve gradual breakthroughs. we collect over a hundred process optimization proposals from employees every year, from welding details to packaging design, all of which enhance product competitiveness through minor improvements. For example, in the development of hydrogen energy storage tanks, the team optimized the internal pipeline layout to reduce the number of welds, which not only reduced the risk of leakage but also improved production efficiency.
In addition, we accelerate technological iteration through industry university research cooperation. A joint laboratory established in collaboration with well-known domestic universities and research institutions, focusing on key materials and manufacturing processes for hydrogen energy equipment, has successfully developed special welding processes and new insulation structures suitable for liquid hydrogen environments. This "technology deep cultivation+scenario adaptation" model extends our products from traditional pressure vessels to high value-added fields, covering the entire chain of hydrogen energy storage, transportation, and refueling.
